Yes, opening up for short term from mid April for short or long term. Option to reduce price for unfurnished. Flexible lease terms are considered, with preference given to longer-term tenancies. Please inquire for pricing and availability based on your dates.

Long term or Short term?

Both options are possible. Available for 1-12 month lease with priority given to longer duration.

What all is included?

Utilities (water, electricity), Internet, Youtube TV and Netflix included.

Is there a limit on occupancy?

Yes, each property is limited to 2 occupancy.

Is smoking or are pets allowed?

No smoking. No pets.

Any other rules or requirements?

All tenants must be over age of 18, and pay a $45 screening fee. Alternatively we consider pre-screened through "Zillow applications," and no additional screening fee will apply. Tenants will be checked for income, creditworthiness, criminal record, and rental history.
